This page covers the Viarum website, viarum.ai. It says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, and how to have it deleted. Questions go to hello@viarum.ai.
When you apply for early access
The form asks for your name, company and work email, and optionally the contract you’re bidding and a note. We keep what you send so we can review your application and write to you about early access.
With it we keep the page you first landed on, the site that sent you there (such as Google), any campaign tags in that link, and when that first visit was. Your browser stores these on your device when you first visit (in local storage, not a cookie), and they leave it only if you apply. We also keep the country your request came from, which our host works out from your IP address. We don’t keep the IP address itself.
When you browse
We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and keeps no personal data. It records which pages are viewed, the site that sent you, and your browser, device type and country. It counts unique visitors without storing IP addresses, using an identifier that changes every day.
Our host, Cloudflare, handles every request to the site, as any host does. It keeps short-lived technical logs to run the site and block abuse.
Telling people from bots
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser, and may process your IP address, only to make that check.
Who handles it
We don’t sell your information, show ads, or share it for anyone else’s marketing. These companies handle it for us, only to run the site:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores applications, and runs the bot check.
- Google (Google Workspace) carries our email, and the notice of each new application we send ourselves in Google Chat.
- Plausible Analytics counts visits, on servers in the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep an application while early access is open and for as long as we’re in touch with you about it, and delete it when you ask. Plausible keeps only totals, which name no one.
Your choices
Email hello@viarum.ai to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we’ll do it. You can clear the first-visit record any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
We don’t track you across other websites, so a browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting has nothing to switch off here.
Children
The site is for people who estimate construction work. It isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
